I want to create new rows in a new table (Table B) from the rows that I have in the picture (Table A). There are several companies in the field “Body text” and I want to split the companies into one row per company into a new table (Table B). Do we have this feature?
Hi Peter, thanks for reaching out! You can create a formula column with the AI formula generator to pull the company names from the "Body text" field. Here's an example you can watch on how to use AI formulas to transform data - simply tell it the pattern to follow to pull the company name (around ~3min is where it talks about this): https://www.loom.com/share/6cc82b6865424540b30e394a8094d797 Once you have pulled the company names, you can use the "write to other table" integration to write all of these names to a new row in a different table. Here's a brief tutorial of the write to other table integration, and here's a more detailed explanation of how to write to other table without a list. If you don't have lists in your table, you can also skip this section and go directly to "add other data from this table." Let me know if you need any further assistance on setting up the above! ✨
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
