Request for Discount or Refund on Accidental Credit Usage
Hey is there a way we can have a discount or a refund on the credit as one time courtesy? I spent 19k credits by accident on a wrong list😭

Please note that while we've made an exception in this case, our policy generally doesn't allow for multiple refunds of credits. We kindly ask that you be mindful of your credit usage going forward.
