Hey there Jerry thanks for reaching out and thank you for the feedback Petra, what in particular are you experiencing with the new dropdown version that is buggy so that I can let the team know about this.

I don’t want to find ‘specialist’ ie entry level people, I want to exclude them… I now don’t have the ability to just exclude anyone with ‘specialist’ in their name
