Seeking Advice on Cancelling Clay Subscription Before Signing Up

Anyone have any experience in cancelling Clay? We want to confirm that before we sign up.

We are ready to upgade and likely will today. The boss just wanted solid confirmation on the process to cancel. Want to make sure it's not a planet fitness situation where we have to notarize a letter and mail it to the moon...yada yada

That sounds terrible Michael and can guarantee that Clay does not have such complicated steps! It's actually pretty simple. You can go to your plans & billing tab in your settings and select cancel plan as shown below.
