How to Import Company Data into Your Contact List Efficiently

Hi, how can i import data from a table to another? or maybe connect both? I've created a company list, and then created a contact list from these companies. But now I want to add the company data to the contact list

Hi there, from what I know there is an enrichment called ‘Write to other table’, but I’m not sure if it can do what you want to accomplish.

or "look up row in another table". either should work?
