Assistance Needed: OpenAI API Key Error in Clay

Hey guys, new to Clay, struggling with this error message. when trying to use OpenAI API key - anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance!

    Check your api limit is it on Tier 1 or Tier 2 if on tier one it can’t be added to clay . You need to move to Tier 2 by adding atleast $50 and waiting for 7 days

    Yeah man just top up your chatgpt account with $50 or above and wait for 7 days
