Exploring Candidate Opportunities in the Appalachian Region
Question, would anyone be interested in learning more about accessing a steady stream of candidates from the Appalachian region? This isn't something that's active currently, but it's something I'm cooking up with a friend as part of a non-profit side of my current agency work. There's a lot of women and frankly just generally lower-income individuals in this area that would kill for opportunities for upward mobility, and studies show that the #1 indicator for economic mobility are your network. Trying not to bring opps that are $12hr to the table either though ๐
