How to Add More Properties from Company Table to People Table

Hey everyone! Newbie Quick question: When I associate two tables, one for companies and one for people, I'm currently able to pull only 7 properties from the company table into the people table. How can I create a lookup to bring in additional properties or even include data from another table into the people table? Thanks in advance!
