Streamlining Email Enrichment with Custom Waterfall Workflows

Hi, Anyone have issues running a custom waterfall for email enrichment? My problem is I use APIs with Million Verifier and Bounceban along with Nimbler and Icy Peas. Super cheap setup, then prospeo to mop up any we dont find. However I don't see anyway to save this workflow so I end up adding it everytime which takes forever.
