What's up Clay community. Before I spend money on SmartLead.io to scrape my Linkedin list, I want to make sure there's nothing else better out there for purely scraping navigator. Any advice or suggestions? They also don't market the scraper anywhere really on their website. Is it because Navigator doesn't like these scraping tools?
apify <> phantombuster
but these tools uses your linkedin cookies
which means your Linkedin account might be at risk
Thanks, Muhammad S.. How do I make sure my account doesn't get blacklisted?
Jax C. use phantom buster and ensure you do not scrap more than 2500 profiles per day
Super helpful. Thank you Muhammad!!
Muhammad S. last question on phantom buster....: it's not scraping every lead from the navigator search. How do you setup your phantom to make sure it pulls in every single lead from the navigator search?
Ok this is very interesting
You have to split your searched in the batches of 2500
lets say you are looking for SDRs from Unites states and UK and there are 3K people in total You have to split your search one for UK and one for US - to ensure each of your search contains max of 2500 contacts
PB cant go beyong 2500 contacts per search
Okay. So the URL I pasted into the phantom only contained around 1,000 leads. This should have scraped all of them, correct? Have you ever had it where it's not scraping all leads per page? It's only scraping 7-10 leads per page right now.
qq: how did you notice it is only scrapping 7-10 leads per page?
It tells you during under the progression bar of the launch.
My most recent export only pulled 853 out of 1000+ lead search.
You can find alternatives by each feature they offer here: https://tools.amitsarda.xyz/explore/alternatives-to-smartlead/ PS: I built this directory programmatically and monetized this via affiliate links.
Hey Jax C. To clarify how to scrape leads I have a free traing on that, hope it helps 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkb1_ZljpFA
