Evaluating Clay and Outreach Integration for SEP Transition
Hi Everyone - I'm currently in the process of evaluating an SEP to replace Apollo and I'm curious if anyone has extensive experience on integrating Clay + Outreach/Salesloft. I have the most experience with Outreach having bought/implemented it at my last 2 companies and it seems online like there's a good integration between both systems. For context here's what I want to do:
Step 1: Pull in account lists from SFDC into Clay for various purposes(outbound selling to start enterprise opps, driving registration to marketing events, driving smaller companies to our self-service offering, etc)
Step 2: Find X # of contacts per accounts and enrich with contact info
Step 3: Point Clay Research agents to identify 5 interesting compelling events related to the company and prospects on company domain, prospect LI profiles or 3rd party news sites
Step 4: Point Clay messaging agent towards distilling this research into dynamically personalized subject lines and email messaging that can be used in Outreach(Create 5 columns of subject lines and messaging for 5 touches)
Step 5: Push each column of custom messaging into a custom field in Outreach that can be used in sequence to generate uniquely personalized emails for each outreach sequence step
Step 1-4 is very straight forward as it all lives in Clay. Step 5 is where I'm not so sure. Conceptually I think its simple enough to map a Clay Table column to a custom field in Outreach that allows the info from Clay to be used in Outreach but in practice I'm not sure whether the integration between outreach and clay support this. Would love any opinions/help from the community. Thanks!
