Optimizing Workflows for List Building and Phone Number Retrieval

·
·

Hi everyone, happy Friday! Hope you can help with a couple of questions:

  1. 1.

What’s most efficient workflow (credit-wise) for List building + Enrichment (finding: Companies -> POCs -> LinkedIn -> Email -> Phone numbers) and then pushing the data into Orum, which can be done either using Hubspot or simply using a CSV file.

  2. 2.

What’s the most efficient workflow to find US phone numbers in Clay (i.e. which waterfall set up is recommended)?

Thank you in advance!🙏

on mobile waterfall - use the basic Find Mobile Number waterfall but put LeadMagic first as it has the fewest wrong numbers per Jacob T.’s research. Then run SureConnect to validate which phones are P1s and P2s and ONLY call those. You'll get minimum 10% connect rate. On overall workflow:

    • Clay struggles to "Find contacts at company" (always underreports) so you will need to either produce an account list and run it through Ocean or LinkedIn Sales Nav itself or Harmonic or RocketReach etc to get a better contact list

    • Then bring the linkedin profiles into Clay to run the mobile waterfall

    • you can also load the account list into Sales Nav and buy Upcell.io (best mobile data provider we've tested with 10-15% connect rates on US mobile numbers) then SDRs can find contacts in linkedin sales nav and use hotkeys to grab 1 or 25 at a time (from searches/lists) and those import directly to hubspot or to gsheet

    • can then pick up in clay and run sureconnect for incredibly high connect rates

    • or enrich otherwise from clay

    • clay has a great hubspot connector for this use case so you can push to hubspot from clay directly and also bring Upcell-generated contacts from hubspot into clay
