Hey everyone, Running outreach where I'm specifically looking to target HR leaders at US based companies with large global and remote work forces. I'm currently prospecting through Apollo by looking for companies that are actively hiring outside America. I fell like theres definitely a better and more accurate way to do this through Clay. Any ideas and templates would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ๐
Maybe scrape remote jobs from linkedin and then enrich the companies from there. Alternatively, there are lot of website which specifically lists remote jobs, from there you can scrape the companies
Apollo + Clay + ChatGPT might work.
Find your companies in Apollo, and export them in the Clay company table.
Then click on 'find people at these companies' to create a new table with all the employees. Depending on the size of the companies you might need to create several tables.
When importing employees use the free enrichment method. It gives you a column with their location.
Clear all the columns except the company name, and location; the employee's full name and title if it's important to your outreach (if you want to namedrop particular employees or departments).
Export the table and import it to the AI of your preference. Ask it to analyze the CSV and return a new CSV with columns, such as company name, number of unique countries, and country names.
Then you can import back this data to Clay or Apollo or any other tool.
Hope it helps!
Hi, sorry to jump in here but Serge A., how can I 'use the free enrichment method' to get the employees location? I have company name, the employee's name and linkedin profile. I need their location
Nicolas P. Sure here is a quick example: Step 1 - create a list of companies Step 2 - click on the 'find people at these companies' in actions Step 3 - filter the search, if you have the names, you can filter by them as well. When you import the people don't add any additional enrichments and leave only basics enrichment, it's free so you won't waste credit on data that you don't need.
What if I already have the exact person's LinkedIn URL? I don't want info on any more people, I just want the ones I have on my table
I ran a b2b saas startup for six years targeting a very similar target market (HR leaders in remote companies). Happy to share everything we tried โ feel free to send a DM anytime Christo B.!
