API for Programmatic Interaction with Clay Tables and Adding Columns

Is there a way to programatically interact with Clay tables? Specifically, is there an API that lets me add new columns?

Clay doesn't have API - it is actually a house of API. Krisztian K. Send data using webhooks and get data using http api's. PS: I could be wrong.
