Outbound Prospecting Strategies for December: Best Practices and Tips

Question about December prospecting! -> How do you approach outbound in the 2nd half of December. Do you just shut it off? Lower volume? Keep it running and just book meetings in advance for December? -> If you offer outbound as a service, and you do pause campaigns for a significant time period in December, do you adjust your clients monthly retainer for Dec?

    Even though the OOO replies sky rocket, I still see good reply rates in first 3 weeks of december in the SMB space, so I plan to keep them on for the first 3 weeks of december. For the 1 week missing - adjust the invoice / give discount for next month. The meeting might not happen but the seeds getplanted and conversations resume in January.
