Request for Google Console Access for a Maps Scraper Project

Hi there, Does anyone have access to Google console? I'm making a Google maps scraper bot that can scrape thousands of data that are listed on Google maps as you all know google maps only allow 120 maximum results so that's why I'm making my own scraper and need a Google maps api that can only be possible If i have access to Google console and unfortunately my both accounts got banned due to using one credit card on it... If someone willing to help me out in return I'll share three scrapers with them. One google data extractor that I'm making second I've made a scraper that extract listing details from Google my business links also emails of businesses too.. If someone didn't make any account yet on Google cloud console and willing to go for it with me then I let u know how it works you don't need to pay google cloud in free trail, they gives $300 credits for three months and I think it's enough because all I need to generate an API for google maps using Google console account
