Filtering Google Business Reviews by Specific Keywords

has anyone used the "Google Find Business Reviews Text and Keywords "? It seems it only allows to pull the data of the first item. I need for it to look for specific key words but it is just choosing the keywords randomly. how can I filter by the key words I need not the ones Clay just randomly selects?
