Best AI Tools for Processing Large CSV Data Sets Efficiently

Does anyone know of any AI-powered tools I can use to process large amounts of .csv data? eg. I have a database of 500k+ companies I need to check against another database of about 300k to ensure there are no companies that appear in both sheets. I know I can use Excel but wondering if there's a better and faster tool out there
