Cost-Effective Methods to Scrape Google Ads Using Transparency Center

Is there a method to scrape a company's google ads (headline & description) via the google ads transparency center? I watched a video where it does seem to work using Apify, but I'm looking for a more cost-effective solution that's still accurate. thanks
