Automate HubSpot Imports for Instant Lead Refresh in Clay

Regarding Hubspot imports...is there a way for me to set it so that the columns automatically refresh every time the import changes? When a contact fills out a lead form on my website, they get added to a Hubspot list and then the Hubspot/Clay integration eventually brings that lead in Clay. But I want that integration and column refresh to happen instantaneously. Right now I just have to list a number of times for it to refresh daily
