Anyone seen 0% open rates for Asia email campaigns? I’m running 2 campaigns (Asia and US) sending from the same mailboxes, both sent about 50 emails each.
My US campaign has 85% open rate while the Asia campaign has a 0% open rate. I’m finding it hard to believe that not one has been opened and I know the deliverability is fine as the US campaign has such a high open rate and they both using the same mailboxes.
Any guidance here?
