Need Consultation to Set Up Instantaly for Emailing 1200 Contacts

Hey is anyone around for a 30 min consult today? I have my first table created now I want to setup instantaly (or some other recommended sequencer) to send out emails. I have a roster of about 1200 people i want to email. I know this is small by cold email standards, but just want to trial it out
