Strategies for CRM Enrichment: Improving Email to Job Title Findings

I'm enriching our CRM that primarily has personal email addresses. I'd like to retrieve company name and job title. I first did a lookup by personal email to find LinkedIn profile. That sounds 12 of the 20 in my test. I then did added from that enrichment org and job title and got 10 results (2 had LinkedIn pages that were not valid). I did another waterfall looking for job title and company name based upon personal email and LinkedIn profile (excluding those I got results from already). That retrieved 1 more person. So in the end I enriched 11 of 20. Does that sound about right and any suggestions on a different way to do this for more complete results?
