The Role We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build full-funnel campaign systems from start to finish. That includes strategy, segmentation, copywriting, buildout, automation, and optimization. This role is for someone who understands that successful campaigns begin by targeting the right audience, writing the right message, and delivering it at scale. You’ll use tools like Clay and other GTM automation platforms to build personalized workflows, enrich leads, structure experiments, and drive real pipeline for our clients. What You’ll Do
Design and execute outbound systems using Clay and other GTM tools
Build segmentation logic based on ICP, triggers, and intent signals
Write and test cold outbound messaging and campaign copy for email and LinkedIn
Set up automation for enrichment, delivery, attribution, and alerts
Connect systems across outbound and paid channels to monitor performance and trigger changes
Own the full campaign lifecycle from planning and copy to iteration and results
What We’re Looking For
You’ve built campaign systems using Clay or similar tools and understand the GTM ecosystem
You have working knowledge of B2B copywriting including subject lines, hooks, and CTAs
You know how to segment audiences based on persona, timing, and context
You are experienced with email deliverability setup, monitoring, and warm-up best practices
You have used LinkedIn automation tools to run outreach or engagement workflows
You have strong prompting skills and know how to get quality output from tools like GPT and Claude
You are self-directed and comfortable owning client-facing work
You think in terms of systems and outcomes rather than tasks or checklists
Bonus Points
Experience at a startup or agency where you worked across strategy and execution
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads
Ability to run quick copy tests and optimize based on feedback
Interest in building with AI tools or deploying internal agents for GTM operations
