Optimizing Recruitment Process: Enhancing Clay's Role in Lead Filtering

ยท

Hey all, I am essentially using Clay as part of a recruiting process to find people in very specific niches. Right now my workflow is 1) LinkedIn Sales Nav to filter leads by current/past company and keywords in experience, 2) Apollo to pull those linkedin urls into my process, and 3) Clay to enrich those leads for further filtering and outreach prioritization. This process works well some of the time but I am wondering if I could eliminate either Apollo or Sales Nav by better utilizing Clay. Any thoughts?

Hey Chloe! I'd stick with the stack as you could remove SN but being you're in a commercial recruitment role the seat price is nominal. I'd consider adding Surfe or HubLead dependent on your CRM to that stack to ease up the manual additions if you haven't setup already. I'd also consider a more advanced/cost effective Li scraper like Serpe Dev and an LLM for enrichment other than Claygent (which is awesome but pricey) like Perplexity. I hope this helps! Cheers, Dan
