Using Apify or BrightData in Clay for LinkedIn Scraping Issues

Hi all, does anyone have experience with using Apify or BrightData inside of Clay? I tried to build out HTTP API with BrightData and tried Apify actor inside of Clay for Linkedin profile scraping purpose. It's odd, both would come back in errors showing that profiles are private but if I log out of my LI account, I can still view them. And ChatGPT for some reason is able to view them and scrape info as well....Does anyone know what's happening? Also, is ChatGPT viewing accounts via my profile? Would that trigger account ban?

i'm not sure and that's prob my issue lol I connected my personal API to Clay and tried to run it in Clay: it all comes back in Error. Here are 2 of the Linkedin profiles I ran: www.linkedin.com/in/rich-radford-9209823/ www.linkedin.com/in/melhn/ Is it because the profiles are private?

you will need to copy json from apify dashboard and paste it in there

ah so I need to run the scraping inside of Apify first and then have Clay to retire the info? Can't run it inside of Clay directly?

no - you can run directly inside clay
