Managing Suppression and Opt-Out Processes in Clay Tables

Hey Clay community, Just wanted to ask if we can manage suppression/optout process based on domains and email addresses with in the clay table/workbook?? (like for example for new list of people I want to get rid of some contact based email addresses and company domains both, how will I do that??)
