Creating a Reusable Table Template for Lists and CSVs

what's the best way to create a table as a template so that you can use it in the future for other lists and CSV's you upload?

You share your table as Tamplate , but effetively you do not share the link externally or you can share within your team. You save your template in a separate database - it can be external to clay so probably more actionable - When you want to use it you click on it and then you import the file.
