Getting Started with Clay: Targeting Companies and Filtering Leads

Hey guys, I'm brand new to Clay, currently on the trial and I'm looking to do something which I think is very basic. I'm trying to target people at this list of companies i got as CSV and filter by the ones that have strong buy signals such as recent investments, new funding and new factory announcements etc. I clicked Find People At These Companies action and put in the job functions, level of seniority, job titles, exact keyword match and location. Where do i go from here?
