Custom scraping – my guess is that Apify has something for this.
Apollo.io clay integration – do a search for the decision makers you're looking for there and you'll get a list of them with a count of how many there are.
You can do something similar in Clay but then you need to do a search, put the results in another table, and then do a lookup in the first table to see how many results there were.
