Scraping Personal Followers Beyond First-Degree Connections

I saw the CTO of HS posted about this ages ago. I know i can export company followers using tools like Scrapeli but i want to scrape personal followers and not just the 1st degree connections.

It depends on whether the persons profile is configured to allow others to view their follower lists, and how their privacy settings are set up
