when we get a NOT interested reply

Add them to the CRM.
apollo/clay enrichment to get phone number
create a task to immediately call this person

when lead is interested

let the inbox mangers handle it

CRM FEATURES

The CRM should have a built-in dialer and support call recording/transcription.
Currently, I know of Close.com for this. Do you have any other CRM suggestions that work well for this process?
