Cold Email to Cold Call Automations Hi everyone! I’m looking for best practices for integrating cold call steps into a cold email campaign workflow. Here's the structure I’m considering— would love to hear if this makes sense or if there are better approaches: WORKFLOW

  • Running cold email campaigns on platforms like Instantly or Smartlead.

  • when we get a NOT interested reply

  • Add them to the CRM.

  • apollo/clay enrichment to get phone number

  • create a task to immediately call this person

  • when lead is interested

  • let the inbox mangers handle it

  • Add them to the CRM.

  • apollo/clay enrichment to get phone number

  • if the lead hasn't replied to a follow-up in 3 days, create a task to call him

CRM FEATURES

  • The CRM should have a built-in dialer and support call recording/transcription.

  • Currently, I know of Close.com for this. Do you have any other CRM suggestions that work well for this process?

    Setup web hooks in Clay for smartlead to push campaign details to clay, and then within clay create conditional runs and formulas to trigger next events. Have you tried this approach?
