Ensuring Contact-Company Association in HubSpot: Tips Needed

Hi everyone - Struggling to ensure contacts are associated with the their company when mapping over to Hubspot. Most cases, this is due to the company domain not directly matching the contacts email domain. Is there anything I need to do on the Clay end to ensure they associate when mapping across to Hubspot, or do I need to set up a workflow in Hubspot - If so, any Hubspot experts have any recommendations?
