LinkedIn Trick to Scrape Company Followers: Need Help Remembering Steps!

Feel like I saw someone post a video the other day on linkedin about how they are able to scrape the followers of a company by making themselves "work there" at that company via a new position and then ... I forgot what the nexdt steps were... PhantomBuster ? i don't think so. Does sound familiar to anyone ? Thank you
