How to Manage Multiple Leads from One Company Efficiently

Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice on how to deal with multiple leads from the same company? Once we do a lead search with different Job titles, sometimes there can be multiple leads. Is it possible to rank these leads somehow? (ie Job titles with Marketing = rank #1, Office Manager = rank #2) Once we've rank the contacts, is possible to then do an email search? Can we then create a workflow so if Rank #1 doesn't respond, move to Rank #2 etc The dedupe solution works well but doesn't allow you to chose your preferred contact. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This is a great question as would love to work out how to do this with Apollo enrichment which I've got to keep in line due to hit another enrichment in sync. Have you tried Scoring and then Run if conditional formulas based on the validated email being confirmed? Not perfect but would work...

    Clay has a lead scoring feature. Once you have run the campaign on the first ranked targets, import the companies that responded back into the workbook. Then, remove contacts from companies that responded from the list for second ranked contacts using lookups, and so on.
