Best Outbound Tools for Email Deliverability and Domain Setup

We are currently evaluating outbound email tools, specifically Smartlead and Instantly, with a strong focus on ensuring high deliverability and maintaining good email health. However, in our research, we've encountered mixed feedback on both. Additionally, we are looking for a tool that can facilitate the creation of new domains and multiple email addresses, including seamless setup of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, rDNS, MX, and custom tracking domains.
