Seeking Tips for Scraping Headcount Growth of Software Developers

Helly guys! I'm currently looking to scrape headcount growth by job titles, sepcifically "software developers". I saw that clay had a specific enritchment for this before, but can only seem to find "headcount growth" Any tips here?
