Choosing Between Apollo and Clay for TAM List Building

Apollo or Clay to build an initial TAM list of org. Opinions? Building some lists and have used both tools, but does anyone have experience with one being better to start with than the other?

    The best way is to use Apollo to scrape the initial list (since it will cost you cheaper) then once you get the list from Apollo just put it into and and filter it further. In the end, you will get a clean list with low clay credits.

    What Richa said. Adding that you can build TAM lists in Clay for example based on Google Maps, too, which may not be available in Apollo but generally speaking, thats the right way.

    Well you can get a list of companies and their websites + linkedin urls at no credit cost in Clay, but starting in Apollo and then importing to Clay to do further filtering or research works great too! Have used both tools a lot and happy to bounce ideas for your specific case if you'd like to send a DM 😊
