Filter Rows for Non-Customer Company Employees in Your List

Quick question for the community: I want to check if an individual from a company is a part of a company that are already existing customers. Right now I have a list of people with a company row and a separate list of companies for existing customers. How can I create a conditional that only runs rows with people that do not work at one of the companies listed?
