Finding State Information for Companies' Addresses Using ChatGPT

I'm trying to identify the state a list of companies are located in based on the company's headquarters (after enriching the company list, the state is missing from most of the addresses). Anyone know how I can duplicate the "ChatGPT: Generate text - Extract city from address" but edit it to provide the state? I tried to create a new template, but I get an error message saying: "The rate limits associated with your OpenAI API key are too low to run this action with the selected model. See "Increasing your limits" here." However, when I use the "ChatGPT: Generate text - Extract city from address" template, I have no problems.
