Automating Actions Between Clay, Instantly, and Heyreach: Solutions Needed

The problem, I'm trying to implement Clay + Instantly + Heyreach, but can't find any solution that if someone took action on Heyreach, stop the action on Instantly or vice-versa (should be automated), if there's a solution to it, please let me know, it will be a great help. If not, considering other tools, which ones are the best for outreach having if/else workflows other than Lemlist? Example - Smartlead and Apollo both have features for multi-reach, but not for if/else conditions Tools must support Clay
