How to Search for Exact Phrases in the Find People Module

I am trying to search for a person using the Find People module and the Bio > Key words in the about section and I am wanting to find people with the exact phrase Data Science however it is finding people with either Word - how do I make it search a phrase only? Using "Data Science" doesnt seem to work either . Anyone got any ideas? Thanks
