Disable Auto Updates for Table Enrichment and Recover Credits

Hi how can i have it so all auto updates on a table are stopped without me having to press edit and auto updates to off for each enrichment column? Added a few more companies and takes down credits as even when you press stop takes a while for the stop updates to take affect, so wanted to check if the whole table can have no updates unless i choose too, and how can i get my credits back that zapped away?
