Request for Guidance on Creating a List of US Radio Oncologists

Hi All. Need advice. Here’s what I’m trying to do: I need to make a list of radio oncologists in the US. The list needs fo have the name, email, phone number, city and state and which healthcare institution they are affiliated with. Appreciate any pointers.
