Targeting SMBs for Business Sales: Strategies and Ideas

I have a lead who is a consultant that helps SMBs restructure their business in order to eventually sell it. Anyone have any ideas on how I can target companies that want to sell their business for this guy? I'm thinking TAM is something like:

  • 1-20 employees

  • Retail & services

  • Founded year > 10 years ago

Not sure what I could use Clay for in order to come down from TAM. Any thoughts?

    Start your ICP building from existing deals he's done. So let's say he's helped HVAC businesses to get sold. That's an easy start for prospecting and sequencing.
