Managing Client Leads: CRM Practices for Lead Generation Agencies

Hi everybody, I have been approached by some companies to run lead generation campaigns for them, and am debating about opening up my own agency. I was curious to ask anybody who has an agency here, are you managing all your clients leads in your own CRM or are you pushing these leads to the clients CRM?
