Concerns About Gating HTTP API for Non-Explorer Plan Creators

I feel like gating the HTTP API to the Explorer Plan really does creators a disservice as there's a lot of content that may require custom code/endpoints such as Stability AI, which would be great in terms of creation but not all creators would/should/can want to be on the Explorer Plan. Giving creators X amount of credits is all well and good, but if they can't actually use all the features without paying for the higher plans that doesn't really feel like a relationship where people are fully enabled. This may be a totally subjective thing I notice though and not even matter to anyone else. Who knows.
