Consultation Needed: Multi-Channel Follow-Up Sequence Setup

·
·

I’m working with a client whom we’ve already set up their cold email infra with and are now looking to set up a multi-channel follow up sequence with them (to make sure that we nurture those who reply to our emails and ask for our lead magnet). Since I’m newer to follow up practices, I’m looking for someone who can come in and consult for a couple hours with me to zero in on:

  • What is the best platform to use for orchestrate that follow up? -> We’re doing outbound in Smartlead, I was thinking about using webhooks with Make into LGM (for linkedin follow up actions) and push from Make back into SL for email follow ups (creating individual campaigns for each type of follow up), and using webhooks in Make to use Hubspot as the master tracker of all follow up actions

  • We’re going to set up RB2B to for website visitors to retarget - for positive replies over email that are in a follow up sequence was thinking about trying to check Make once we get a lead in RB2B and see if they are already in a follow up sequence and if they are adapt the sequence based on the website visit

  • Any best practices to be aware of on a multi-channel follow up sequence flow

Hey Dave, here's my two cents:

    • We like using Lemlist for multi-channel campaigns. Data can be sent directly from Clay to Lemlist to execute certian actions. Such as, detect engagement from the outreach receiver to find a direct dial number, or to send a linkedin message

    • The RB2B retargetting can also be done within clay directly.

    • You can also leverage HTTP API webhooks to perform the actions / and pull data to and from HubSpot

    • The best practices to be aware of is ensuring that validation checks are in place to make sure you're not doubling out on your outreach and proper delays are set up
