Feature Request: Ability to toggle "Ignore Populated Fields" in HubSpot update actions. This would allow you to enrich data if there's nothing there, but not overwrite any existing data. Achieving this simple rule using conditional logic gets extremely complex with multiple fields.
Hi there, thanks so much for sharing this! We’ll be passing your feedback along to our product team, and any additional context you can provide will help us prioritize with your needs in mind as we shape the roadmap.

The current workaround for this is to ensure all the fields from HubSpot go into a column, all the enriched versions go into a column, and then all of the consolidated values need to have a column. Each consolidation column needs complex conditional logic. Retaining these fields across multiple tables (due to column limits) makes it super tedious and needlessly complex to manage. A simple toggle like the "Ignore blank values" one would allow me to enrich without any worry at all (a value is better than no value every time) and create logic only when needed.

Same feedback & I second the need for this feature. I would also add that most other API-based tools have this functionality - an option to overwrite data or not for each mapped field.
HI David and James, thank you for sharing your feedback! I will add your points in our internal feedback channel. Thank you!
Question to David, I just want to better understand your situation. Is there a specific integration you are using where the action is being blocked because this feature is missing?
Hubspot integration. Same use case as James
Ah okay, thank you so much for voting plus 1 on the idea. That really helps us understand the level of demand. We appreciate it.
