Simplify Email Management with Clay: Solutions Under $10/month
Quick sanity check… has managing multiple inboxes and staying on top of client emails been driving anyone else a little nuts lately? 😅 It definitely was for me. I sat down last week and finally worked through a simple fix using Clay + lightweight automations, and it’s been doing the job so far — all in under ~$10/month:
Pipe emails into Clay and use AI to interpret and tag them (client, urgency, intent, next action)
Auto-archive or delete spam, newsletters, and stale threads so Clay only sees signal, not noise
Use Clay’s AI logic to decide when to draft replies, flag emails that actually need my attention, or trigger follow-ups
Kick off downstream workflows (calendar events, task creation, document storage) based on the enriched email data
